Steps we take to maintain Warriors safe!

We will be taking all steps required to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all students as we always have. Due to covid-19 many new steps have been added to our usual routine. We will be beginning with all active students the last 2 weeks of June. This means all students who are frozen will begin in July due to limit of space. Tuition will go up to normal but will have a slight discount due to the slight change in training. The discounted price will be $120 monthly.

All students must be dropped off 5 minutes with their water bottle(s), sneakers and karate belt and t-shirt already on. (Uniforms will not be required to prevent them from getting dirty and to allow students be comfortable outdoors). The 5 minutes will allow us to use our non touch forehead thermometer to check the temperate of each student before they enter the training area. We want to assure we aren't putting anyone at risk or in close contact with anyone with signs of the virus. If a students temperate is above 98.60 degrees fahrenheit we will decline entrance and parents will have to pick them up. We recommend to get tested for COVID-19.
Once student are done with temperature check, we will have a non touch hand sanitizing station that each student will have to stop at to disinfect their hands. We will teach all students how to fully cover all of their hands.
All students will be divided into groups of 12 students maximum to continue practicing social distancing. We will be marking the floor to insure all students at 7 ft apart from each other.
Mask and/or face shields are required during the training.
Once students have left the training area, they will not be allowed to enter to prevent any germ, bacteria or viruses from entering the area.
Students may not be dropped off early for class or picked up late due to the limit we have under the tent. We also are trying to avoid large gatherings in the meantime.
We will be having a 15 minute gap between classes to disinfect all training areas with our EPA approved disinfectants.
Parents/guardians will not be allowed to stay and watch due to the limit of gathering under the tent. We will however be streaming the classes via zoom. We recommend to watch the class on zoom from your car or another location.

Karate classes will be taking place under a 30*12 foot long tent at the karate parking lot to prevent any interruptions due to inclement weather and prevent any sun burns. All instructors and staff members have been tested for COVID-19 to insure we are not spreading the virus. We have also taken COVID safe Martial Arts Instructor corse and received certification which will be attached under this email. Tomaremos todos los pasos necesarios para mantener un ambiente seguro y saludable para todos los estudiantes como siempre lo hemos hecho. Debido a covid-19, se han agregado muchos pasos nuevos a nuestra rutina habitual. Comenzaremos con todos los estudiantes activos las últimas 2 semanas de junio. Esto significa que todos los estudiantes que están congelados comenzarán en julio debido al límite de espacio. La matrícula irá a la normalidad pero tendrá un ligero descuento debido al ligero cambio en el entrenamiento. El precio con descuento será de $ 120 mensuales.

Todos los estudiantes deben ser dejados 5 minutos con su (s) botella (s) de agua, zapatillas de deporte y cinturón de karate y camiseta ya puestos. (No se requerirán uniformes para evitar que se ensucien y para que los estudiantes se sientan cómodos al aire libre). Los 5 minutos nos permitirán usar nuestro termómetro de frente no táctil para verificar la temperatura de cada estudiante antes de ingresar al área de entrenamiento. Queremos asegurarnos de no poner a nadie en riesgo o en contacto cercano con personas con signos del virus. Si la temperatura de un estudiante está por encima de 98.60 grados Fahrenheit, rechazaremos la entrada y los padres tendrán que recogerlos. Recomendamos hacerse la prueba de COVID-19.
Una vez que el estudiante haya terminado con la verificación de temperatura, tendremos una estación de desinfección de manos sin contacto en la que cada estudiante deberá detenerse para desinfectar sus manos. Enseñaremos a todos los estudiantes cómo cubrir completamente todas sus manos.
Todos los estudiantes se dividirán en grupos de 12 estudiantes como máximo para continuar practicando el distanciamiento social. Marcaremos el piso para asegurar a todos los estudiantes a una distancia de 7 pies uno del otro.
Se requieren máscaras y / o caretas durante el entrenamiento.
Una vez que los estudiantes hayan abandonado el área de capacitación, no se les permitirá ingresar para evitar que entren gérmenes, bacterias o virus en el área.
No se puede dejar a los estudiantes temprano para la clase o recogerlos tarde debido al límite que tenemos debajo de la carpa. Mientras tanto, también estamos tratando de evitar grandes reuniones.
Tendremos una brecha de 15 minutos entre clases para desinfectar todas las áreas de capacitación con nuestros desinfectantes aprobados por la EPA.
Los padres / tutores no podrán quedarse y mirar debido al límite de reunirse debajo de la carpa. Sin embargo, transmitiremos las clases a través de zoom. Recomendamos ver la clase en zoom desde su automóvil u otra ubicación. Las clases de karate se llevarán a cabo bajo una carpa de 30 * 12 pies de largo en el estacionamiento de karate para evitar interrupciones debido al mal tiempo y evitar quemaduras solares. Todos los instructores y miembros del personal han sido probados para COVID-19 para asegurar que no estamos propagando el virus. También hemos tomado el curso de Instructor de Artes Marciales seguras de COVID y hemos recibido la certificación que se adjuntará a este correo electrónico. ¡Estamos tomando todas las precauciones para mantener a salvo a nuestra familia Warrior!
